If you're seeking relief from daily stresses, looking to enhance your overall well-being, or simply curious about a new approach to relaxation, this Tai Chi session is a must-try!
Our Ba Duan Jin and BaFa WuBu session is applicable for beginners of all ages. Through gentle, flowing movements and mindful meditation, you will achieve a state of mindfulness that fosters stress relief and mental clarity and stay fit and healthy.
Both these two forms of Tai Chi practices can help you ease chronic pain, cultivate mindfulness, relax the body, boost vitality, and improve overall health and quality of life. Beyond physical benefits, it offers a unique journey towards inner peace and tranquility.
* Please note that these sessions are Ba Duan Jin and BaFA WuBu practice sessions. If you have concerns around your physical ability to participate in these sessions, please consult your health practitioner prior to attending one of these sessions.
