Winner of the Chief Minister’s Volunteer of the Year 2022, and Semi-Finalist for the NT Minister for Youth Excellence in Youth Leadership, Yuba’s leadership qualities and dedication are widely acknowledged.
Yuba graduated from CDU in 2019 with a Master of Information Technology (Business Information Systems) and has been volunteering since long before he moved to Australia six years ago. He has served as an executive member and the President of the Nepalese Association of the NT, revolutionizing their operations through a digital reform project. He organized more than 20 cultural events and activities involving over 250 volunteers, enabling community members to celebrate their culture in the Northern Territory.
