Tai Chi demonstration

Ba Fa Wu Bu, also known as Eight Methods and Five Steps, are the basic movements of Tai Chi. By practising it, people can exercise their body and brain and also appreciate the wisdom of traditional Chinese culture.

In this workshop, Mrs. Amy Vatskalis, the Director of the Confucius Institute at Charles Darwin University, will introduce the movements and walk you through this ancient and popular form of Tai Chi.
