Independent Commissioner Against Corruption (ICAC)

The University has zero-tolerance in relation to fraud and corruption and is committed to high standards of professional conduct and with honest and ethical business practices.

The Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) Act 2017 is an Act created to establish an Independent Commissioner Against Corruption.

The University has a duty to report any reasonable suspicions of improper conduct to the Commissioner.

Staff members can make reports of suspected improper conduct directly to the Commissioner. Information on ways to report can be found: https://icac.nt.gov.au/make-a-report/reporting-corruption/ways-to-report

Reports made to ICAC are legally protected, can be made anonymously and are confidential.
