Hospitality and cookery students can learn from experienced chefs and develop practical skills at the Karawa Training Restaurant at CDU’s Palmerston campus.
Named after the Larrakia word for ‘water’, Karawa Restaurant is open to the general public during the semester.

To secure your reservation, you must pay in advance. If you need to change the date of your booking, contact Karawa 48 hours in advance to have your booking moved (subject to availability).
