Hospitality and cookery students can learn from experienced chefs and develop practical skills at the Karawa Training Restaurant at CDU’s Palmerston campus.
Named after the Larrakia word for ‘water’, Karawa Restaurant is open to the general public during the semester.
Dine at Karawa
Enjoy a three-course meal with a variety of high-quality dishes that aim to use local produce. Karawa is fully licensed so you can choose from a range of drinks on the night.
