Seven nursing students from Charles Darwin University (CDU) have recently travelled to Vietnam to learn about healthcare practices in Southeast Asia.

The tour, which is run as a collaboration between CDU, Griffith University and Australian- based social enterprise Nineteen Degrees, provides students with an opportunity to practice clinical skills under the supervision of university supervisors and local healthcare workers.

Two outstanding Charles Darwin University (CDU) students have been recognised for their commitment to fellow students and local communities at the recent Study NT International Student Awards.

The annual awards, held in March, are an initiative of the Northern Territory Government and showcase students who have made a difference by supporting their peers, devoting time and effort to improving community connections, and achieving academic success throughout their studies.
