I am Dr. Sara Shishehgar, Lecturer in Nursing at CDU (Sydney Campus) since 2022. My major research interest is in all aspects of women's physical, psychological, and social health. However, as my research profile shows, I am open to any kind of research. My research profile includes quantitative and qualitative research on maternity health, women's mental health, psychosocial issues of vulnerable populations, and the nursing discipline. To disseminate my research results and be the voice of unheard populations, I've presented at several national and international conferences since 2015. I am also an award winner for advocating for women from low socio-economic status to increase their health literacy and empower them regarding having control over their bodies, life, and well-being.
