Overview
This microcredential will provide an introduction to a first programming language, including:
- basic control structures common across languages
- concepts and technologies associated with platform-independent, object-oriented programming
Active Learning:
- Combine practical experience in using professional standard Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) to create applications with associated theoretical concepts.
Term 4, 2024:
- This course will be delivered between 4th November 2024 and 24th November 2024 - four hours (2 sessions) per week over three weeks.
- Applications will close on 4th November 2024

Admission criteria
Applicants must be 18 years old by the Census Date of the relevant admission period and have completed Year 10.
