Overview



Students enrolled in a course of study leading to an award at another Australian institution, can choose to undertake approved units at CDU for credit at their home institution.



To do so, complete and submit:




Cross-institutional students are subject to the rules of CDU including those relating to fees and academic progress. If you are not eligible for either HECS-HELP or FEE-HELP at your home institution, you will not be eligible for either loan program at CDU. You will also be liable for the Student Services and Amenities Fees at CDU.



Students are responsible for forwarding their results to their home institution for the awarding of credits.

Commonwealth supported places

Commonwealth Supported places are available in this course to students who meet one of the following residency requirements:

(a) be an Australian citizen, who will complete some of your course of study while resident in Australia; or

(b) a New Zealand citizen; or an Australian permanent visa holder; or an eligible former permanent humanitarian visa holder; who studies the entire course while living in Australia.

Admission criteria

To enrol at CDU, you will need to complete and submit the Incoming Cross Institutional Enrolment (non-CDU students) form available at Forms and guides



Your home university will need to approve your intention to study at CDU. Please see the form for further details.



If you are a Commonwealth Supported student, you will also need to submit a HECS-HELP form. You can obtain this form at your home university, or contact us to have one posted to you.
