If you are studying externally as a domestic student, you are welcome to attend Orientation sessions outlined for your nearest campus location.

Your welcome to CDU Sydney continues with a beach safety program from Surf Lifesaving NSW - just in time for summer. Also be treated to free morning tea. | |
Job Ready Boot Camp and pizza lunch | 10.45 am - 1.30 pm AEDT (Sydney time) |
Unlock your potential and kickstart your career. Gain insights into what employers want, craft standout resumes, build effective interview skills and master job search strategies. You will also enjoy a free pizza lunch and get to chat with the CDU Careers team. | |
Sydney CBD walking tour Depart from CDU Sydney campus, | From 1.30 pm onwards AEDT (Sydney time) |
Follow a scenic walking route around Sydney CBD. Capture picture-perfect moments, learn about some of Sydney's architecture and history. |

All onshore international students in Australia are expected to attend sessions outlined in their campus Orientation program. If you are unable to attend Orientation due to delays, please visit the Welcome Centre on campus for assistance.

Connect at the New Student Welcome Centre
Want advice on starting your first semester and navigating the university? Connect with us at the New Student Welcome Centre. Our Student Advisors can offer one-on-one support to help you enrol in the right units, choose a suitable study load, use CDU's online learning platforms, make friends with your peers and much more. This service is available on campus and online after-hours during those initial weeks when you are setting up for success.
