The Property and Facilities team is responsible for the safety, preservation and maintenance of CDU’s campuses and centres. The team provides space planning, oversight of new building design and construction, renovation, repair and restoration of existing spaces, operations and maintenance of buildings and grounds, and management of University spaces.

Venue hire
Read moreCharles Darwin University has a number of venues at its Casuarina, Darwin Waterfront, Palmerston, Alice Springs and Katherine campuses. When not in use for university activities, these may be hired by external organisations for training, meetings, or other suitable events.

Waste separation
Property and Facilities has initiated several recycling programs at the University's Casuarina, Palmerston and Darwin Waterfront campuses. Greater separation of waste into appropriate recycling streams will have a significant reduction on waste to landfill.
