Print Receipts

This function enables a student to either print a receipt of their enrolment transactions when called from the Shopping Cart, or where the institution uses Callista Attend, to print a receipt of their enrolment and/or activity transactions.

It displays a Receipt screen that shows the student’s enrolment and/or activity transactions. It includes a 'Print' button and a 'Return to Shopping Cart' button. When the Print button is selected, the student’s details (optionally including the name based on institutional preference) and course enrolment and/or activity transactions will be printed. When the Return to Shopping Cart button is selected the student will be returned to the initial Shopping Cart screen.

When Attend is not configured to be called within Shopping Cart, Person and Course details and Enrolment Transactions will be displayed. If Attend is configured to be called within Shopping Cart (via SSFF1210), then Activity Transaction details will also be displayed.

The Receipt screen may also display the following messages where applicable:
“INVALID SUAs have been deleted.” – when INVALID SUAs were deleted as a result of INVALID processing in SSFF1210 being set to “Do not save INVALIDs units”
“Your SUAs were saved automatically” – If Auto Commit in SSFF1210 is set to “Yes”
“You have <number> Clashes” – when Clashes have occurred.
“You have unselected mandatory activities.” – when activity options for mandatory activities were not selected due to the status of the SUA being INVALID.

When the Print Receipt default system configuration is set to ‘No’, then this Print Receipt application cannot be accessed by the student (if S_SCART_CONF.PRINT_RECEIPT is set to ‘N’). If the Print Receipt default system configuration is set to ‘Y’, then this application can be accessed.

There is standard functionality that checks if the application can be accessed or not. The prevent access indicator is in Self Serve Applications (SSFF1100)

On the receipt appears:
