There is only one screen and this contains three tabs.
This list contains the people that can edit any proposals that you create. Note that changes made here will also affect proposals that are currently in development or review.

| Element | Select an Element in the selected Proposal Type for which the user wishes to subscribe. i.e. Receive a notice when a Proposal of that Proposal Type is submitted with a change to that element. This tab is only displayed if the user is a staff member (i.e. defined as such in ADMF1213) as reviewers who are not staff members cannot delegate.
It allows a user to nominate an automatic replacement in workflow tasks for them during a period of time e.g. to cover them during long service leave. This automatic delegation affects workflow review step allocations regardless of the workflow type and may relate to Proposals or Graduations.
If the user has a proposal review that is currently in progress, they are advised about this and asked if they wish to delegate this review.

Selection options are defined for Proposal Types in PAAW0200 and form links that are used in the creation of proposal instances in PAAW1000
'Groups' are defined by system administrators in PAAW0100 and determine the arrangement and order of the selection options in PAAW1000.
This tab is used to control the Groups of Proposal Type Selection Options that will be displayed to the user in PAAW1000.
Groups will only be available if they have at least one link for a proposal type which the user has security access to create.
By default
all Groups available for the user will be selected to display in PAAW1000. To stop a group from displaying, deselect the check box for it and save the change.
Indicator values here are saved as SELECTED_IND (Y or N) values for the user in the PERSON_PROPOSAL_SELECTION_GROUP database table.

Default Communication Methods (EMAIL, NOTICE or BOTH) and Default Subscription Notice and Email Types are recorded in PAAW0100. Communication Methods recorded here will override those default values.
Notice and Email Types for Subscriptions can be recorded for particular Proposal Items in PAAW0030.
These will override the default values where these Elements are involved.
The default frequency of notification can be recorded in PAAW0100 - daily or weekly.
