The Admission process allows for a student's entry into a course to be assessed and approved.
An Admission Assessor reviews Admission Applications. This may include updating the Assessment status, uploading supporting documentation and recording comments.
This information is then available to an Admissions processing team.
The Admission Assessor page displays a list of Admission Applications assigned to you by an Admissions Administrator or Assessor in ADMW1000 and which have not yet been rejected or approved. No other applications can be viewed.

The columns listed above are in the default order on the page, but this can be modified by dragging the columns to the required position.
The list of Admission Applications can be filtered and sorted and can also be exported to an excel spreadsheet via the Export To Excel button.
The page also displays an Update Panel on the right side of the screen where changes are made for selected Admission Application.
Filtering the list of Admission Applications may display a more manageable set of records and allows sorting and export activities to work more efficiently in this page.
If a filter has been applied, then a 'List filtered' lamp and Reset button is displayed at the bottom of the list. Click on the Reset button to remove the filter.
Note that a filter applied in a previous session will not be retained when you next enter this page.
Quick Search
Quick Search is available to filter the list of Admission Applications. Quick Search fields can be displayed at the head of each column by clicking on the icon. Enter text values in the field an then
press Enter to filter the list for records which contain that text string in that field.
Advanced Search
Advanced Search is also available on this page with a range of operators available for each field.
The sort order of the Admission Applications can be changed by clicking on the sort icons in the heading for a column.
The List of Admission Applications can be exported to an Excel Spreadsheet by clicking on the Export to Excel button.
The Update Panel displays to the right of the Admission Application list when a record is selected in the Application list. Only one record can be selected at a time on this page.
Listed below are the fields that display in the Update Panel for an Assessor when an Admission Application is selected.
An Assessor can also add Comments to the application by clicking on the Comments button.

Assessor Assigned Date | The date when the Assessor was assigned to this application. Populated automatically and cannot be updated by the Assessor. ADM_COURSE_APPL_INSTANCE.ASSESSOR_ASSIGNED_DT |
Assessment Due Date | The date by which the Admission Application should be assessed. This value is determined by a sytem offset relative to the Assigned Date and cannot be changed by the Assessor. It can be used to identify when Applications are overdue but does not trigger any actions when it passes. ADM_COURSE_APPL_INSTANCE.ASSESSMENT_DUE_DT |
Assessment Status | The current status of the Admission Application. Available values correspond to APPROVED, MOREINFO, REASSESS or REJECTED. These statuses correspond to those used in ADMW1000. If an Assessor sets the Assessment Status to REJECTED or APPROVED, then the application is no longer assigned to the assessor and can no longer be viewed by them. After saving the status, a message to this effect is displayed in the otherwise empty update panel. ADM_COURSE_APPL_INSTANCE.ASSESSMENT_STATUS |
