Related Pages

The following diagram shows related Statement pages as well as connecting pages from the Graduation and Correspondence subsystems that are involved in the process of creating an AHEGS.

Statements created on the GRDW0300 page can be used in one or more related Statement pages (with the exception of GRDW0400) which are used to create more specific text for inclusion in an AHEGS.

For a Statement to be included in an AHEGS, a Substitution Tag must be created (via CORW0400) to record an SQL statement that that will call the Statement details when the AHEGS is produced. Statements are called in hierarchical order according to the order specified in the Substitution Tags. An SQL statement can be edited at any time to change the Statement information required in the AHEGS.
