GENF4920 - Maintain BAP Person ID Group

Purpose

Use this form to define membership of a BAP in a particular context.

Use this form to allocate persons or person ID groups to a Business Activity Process in a particular context.

This form is similar to GENF4910, except that the System BAP Codes that are available are determined by the context for the BAP.
e.g. If this form is reached via CRSF1210 then only System BAP codes of Type
CRV-COORD or USER-CRV will be available.
As with GENF4910, decision makers in the group are nominated by selecting the Active check box for their record.

  • Person ID
  • Person ID Group

Rules/Notes:

Fields displayed in the Context block depend on where this form was called.

Only certain BAPS are available in each context. This is determined by the BAP's System BAP Type (defined in GENF4900).

  • Org Unit context - Only BAPs with System BAP Types: OU, TIME-OVRD, USER-OU, UV-APPROVE, UV-PR-CRT, UV-PR-EDIT, WF-EDITOR,
    GRD-EVAL
  • Unit Version context - Only BAPs with System BAP Types: UV-COORD, USER-UV
  • Unit Offering context - Only BAPs with System BAP Types: UO-COORD, USER_UO
  • Unit Offering Option - Only BAPs with System BAP Types: UOO-COORD, USER-UOO
  • Course Version context - Only BAPs with System BAP Types: CRV-COORD, USER-CRV, GRD-EVAL, GRD-NTFCTN
  • Course Offering Option context - Only BAPs with System BAP Types: USER-COO, GRD-EVAL, GRD-NTFCTN
  • Unit Set context - Only BAPs with System BAP Types: US-COORD, USER-US
  • Course Offering Unit Set context - Only BAPs with System BAP Types: COUS-COORD, USER-COUS

To define BAP membership:

  • Go to Context form.
  • Click on Business Activity button to open this form in the appropriate context.
  • Place cursor in a blank BAP Code field and select the required BAP code using the LOV.
  • Record Person ID or ID Group as required.
  • Enter Start and End Date values to restrict the time over which this person/ ID Group is a BAP member.
  • Select the Active check box if this Person/ ID Group is a decision maker for the BAP.
  • Repeat for other Persons /ID Groups in this BAP.
  • Save

Rules/Notes:

If called from CRSF2210, CRSF2310 or CRSF2500, the context Unit Version must not be INACTIVE.

If called from CRSF1210, CRSF1400 or CRSF1280, the context Course Version must not be INACTIVE.

If called from CRSF4200, the context Unit Set must not be INACTIVE.

The Business Activity Process Code must be open.

The Person must be staff member and not deceased as recorded in ADMF1213.

Either Person ID or Person ID Group must be entered, but not both.

Start Date must be less than or equal to the End Date.

Start and end dates cannot be overlapping for the same Person or ID Group.
