Purpose

Use this form to associate persons/ person ID groups with a particular Business Activity Process

General

Use this form to record the people involved in a Business Activity Process (BAP) of System BAP type USER-PE.
BAPS are defined and mapped to System BAPs in GENF4900.

This form may be reached directly from the Callista menu.

The Business Activity block contains:

• Business Activity Process Code
• Description
• Closed check box

The Business Activity Process Member block contains:

• Person ID
• Person ID Group
• Start Date
• End Date
• Active check box

Rules/Notes:

Business Activity Process must be mapped to a System BAP of Person (USER-PE).

A person must be a staff member and not Deceased (as recorded in ADMF1213).

A Person ID and a Person ID Group can't both be entered on the same row.

Person name or the Person ID Group Description is displayed and cannot be modified in this form.

Membership of a closed BAP cannot be modified.

A Warning is displayed if the membership of a BAP is saved when there is no Active member selected.

The Start Date must be earlier than or equal to the End Date value.

The Start and End Dates must not be overlapping for the same person or person ID group.

To define BAP membership:

• Go to GENF4910.
• Query for the BAP.
• Use the Person Look up to select the persons to include in the BAP
  or
  Use the Person ID Group LOV to select the Person ID groups to include in the BAP.
• Enter Start and End Date values to restrict the time over which the person/ID Group is a BAP member.
• Select the Active check box if this person/ID Group is a decision maker for the BAP.
• Repeat for other Persons /ID Groups in this BAP.
