Types of Jobs

There are two types of Enrolment jobs.

Jobs with Parameters

The most common is the job that has parameters. An example is ENRJ0010 - Bulk Rule Check - Students With 'To Do' Entries. There is a direct link within the job to Online Help documentation.

Enrolment jobs with parameters are:

Jobs without Parameters

The other type of job is the one that has no parameters. An example is ENRJ3033 - Batch Address Verification Results. When selected in SMS, the users sees the message 6636, which says, 'No parameters exist for this job. Do you wish to schedule the job to run as soon as possible?' The user can select two buttons. A 'No' or 'Yes'. As the job has no parameters, there is no direct link to Online Help Documentation

This 'Help' form assists the user with Enrolment Jobs that have no parameters, but still need to impart some form of information that is important for the user to know.

Enrolment Jobs without parameters are:

• ENRJ3033 - Batch Address Verification Results
• ENRJ3164 - Write Enrolment Form Extract To Server
• ENRJ5100 - Student Course Attempt Update
