Agent Connect

Agent Connect is a Callista Connect facility used by Agents to access the eAdmissions system and lodge applications on behalf of applicants. The applications are transferred directly into the SMS Admissions subsystem.

An Agent is a non-staff member who belongs to an external Agency and has been given permission by the teritary institution to submit online Admission applications. It is assumed that Agents will mostly be submitting Admission applications on behalf of international students.

Note: Instead of using Agent Connect, Agents may use Applicant Portal to submit applications on behalf of applicants.

For more information about Callista Connect self-serve factilities, see Understanding Callista Connect.
