To allow the recording of institution-defined Admission Course Application Instance Note Types.

Admission Course Application Instance Note Types define the source of the note (defined in using the System Admission Course Application Instance Note Type).

Admission Course Application Instance Note Types will be used to define types of information for communication between Agents and institution staff. This is used to allow Agent Correspondence to be signalled as available to Agents.

The Admission Course Application Instance Note Type block contains:

• ACAI Note Type
• Description
• System ACAI Note Type
• Default check box
• Closed check box

Rules/Notes:

The following Validations are:

• An Admission Course Application Instance Note Type cannot be created with a Closed System Admission Course Application Instance Note Type
• Allow no more than one Default check box to be set to ‘Y’ for one particular open System Admission Course Application Instance Note Type
• An Admission Course Application Instance Note Type may not be deleted while a Admission Course Application Instance Note exists of that type
• A System Admission Course Application Instance Note Type may not be deleted while a Admission Course Application Instance Note exists of that type
• An Admission Course Application Instance Note Type may not be closed while specified as the Default
