Understanding Enrolments
This section provides an
overview of the Enrolments Subsystem. You can access detailed explanations and
instructions for the use of individual database forms from the subsystem's

The Enrolments subsystem enables
the recording and maintenance of all details required for the management of
student enrolments. For
ease of use the subsystem
has been divided into the following areas:
- Recording,
maintaining and using enrolment reference data, including:
- enrolment calendar configuration
- reference data used to define
person details
- reference data used in person
statistics
- reference data used in student
course attempts
- reference data used in student
unit attempts
- Establishing
an enrolment session and controlling access to enrolment functions,
including:
- enrolment steps and their effect
on the Record Enrolments form
- how enrolment procedures and
steps are set up
- the relationship between session
details and enrolment procedures and steps
- dynamic configuration of the
Record Enrolments form
- the granting of enrolment step
access to security roles, and its effects
- Recording
and/or confirming enrolments, including:
- confirming or adding student
course attempts
- confirming or adding student
unit attempts

- Recording information associated
