INQF1020 - Scholarship Application Inquiry  

This form is used to enquire on a Scholarship Applicant's details. It provides the opportunity to view all scholarship information specific to an applicant.

Field values returned in this form are read-only. You can view a read-only overview of the applicant's core details, and if you need to update any information you can navigate to the appropriate forms within Callista SMS using the navigation buttons available on this form.

This form is accessed from the Callista Main Menu or via SCHF1020.

The form is divided into five blocks:

• Applicant
• Person Scholarship
• Scholarship Applications
• Student Course Attempt Summary
• Documents

Applicant Block

This block is used to search for a Scholarship Applicant or Person in Callista, for the purpose of viewing their scholarship details.

You can access the following forms from this block:

• Find Applicant (ADMF5010) - via the Find Applicant icon.
• Find Person (ADMF1211) - via the Find Person icon.
• Maintain Scholarship Applicant Details (SCHF1010) - via the Applicant Details button for the applicant.

Person Scholarship Block

This block displays details of scholarships held by the applicant. However, in this block you can also search for a particular scholarship offered by the institution.

You can access the Maintain Person Scholarship form (SCHF1200), via the Person Scholarship button, to view further details for a selected Scholarship held by or applied for by the applicant.

Scholarship Applications Block

This block displays all Scholarships applications for the applicant.

Fields Details:

• Application Status: - This institution-defined Scholarship Status is mapped to a System Status of PENDING, ACTIVE, PROBATION, INTERMIT, WITHDRAWN, TERMINATED or COMPLETED and can also be mapped to a Government Scholarship Status.

You can access the Maintain Applicant Scholarship Applications form (SCHF1020), via the Applications button, to view further details for a selected Scholarship Application.

Student Course Attempt Summary Block

This block displays the applicant's Student Course Attempts (SCAs).

Fields Details:

• Course Attempt Status: - Student Course Attempt records are sorted according to their status in the following order: UNCONFIRM, INACTIVE, ENROLLED, INTERMIT, LAPSED, DISCONTIN, COMPLETED.
• Location Code: - The location, typically a campus, where the student's course is offered.

You can access the Record Enrolments form (ENRF3000), via the SCA Details button, to view further details for a selected SCA.

Documents Block

This block displays all documents uploaded for the applicant. These may or may not be related to a scholarship application.

You can access the View Electronic Documents form (GENF0150) via the Person Documents button to access all documents uploaded for the applicant.
