Student Unit Attempt Notes block This form is used to create and maintain Notes associated with Student Unit Attempts. When creating a Student Unit Attempt Note, an Enrolment Note Type must be specified. Access directly from menus, or in context via the Notes button on the Student Unit Attempt screen of the Record Enrolments form, ENRF3000. This button is available if UNITNOTES is included as an allowable step for the Enrolment Category used in the session. If accessed directly from a menu, queries can be made in the Student Unit Attempt block. Notes can be only be created in TEXT format. Rules/Notes: In order to be able to perform an action (insert, update or delete) on a Student Unit Set Attempt Note, the current user must not have User (in SECF0040) or Role (in SECF0041), Note Restrictions that prevent this action on that particular Enrolment Note Type. |
