Purpose

To create and maintain Note Types for Student Course Attempts, Student Unit Attempts and Student Unit Set Attempts.

Enrolments

Student Course Attempt, Unit Attempt and Unit Set Attempt details can be supplemented by adding Notes in a variety of formats. The Note Types specified in this form enable these Notes to be grouped according to their purpose, characteristics or other classification relevant to the institution.

The System Enrolment Note Type ACAD-REC does not currently have any specific System functionality.

The Enrolment Note Type block contains:

• Enrolment Note Type
• Description
• System Enrolment Note Type
• Include in ARTS Extract check box

 Rules/Notes

Selecting the Include in ARTS Extract check box will result in the Enrolment Note Type being reported to the ARTS results file (refer to TAC Academic Results Requisition process).

The Include in ARTS Extract indicator would normally be set to Y for a system enrolment note type of ACAD-REC.
