CRSW0115 - Relationship Qualifier Attributes

Table of Contents

Overview

This page is used to create institution-defined Relationship Qualifier Attributes (for example, credit points, contact hours, units, special requirements) and map them to a System Relationship Qualifier Attribute.

A Relationship Qualifier Attribute is used in conjunction with a Relationship Qualifier (CRSW0110) and quantifier value (i.e. 'Lower Qualifier Value', 'Upper Qualifier Value') to form part of the syntax that is used to specify the completion requirements for items in a Structure or Dependencies (CRSW2600).
For example:
If the Relationship Qualifier is 'Must do', the quantifier (i.e. Lower Qualifier value) is '12' and the Relationship Qualifier Attribute is 'credit points', then the syntax is: 'Must do 12 credit points'. This syntax is displayed along with the Relationship Label (CRSW0120) in the Relationship (bubble shape) that groups and connects items in a Structure or Dependencies (CRSW2600).
For more information, see the Add pop-up page (CRSW2605) or Relationship Description Fields, below.

Relationship Qualifier Attributes created in this page constitute the drop-down selector values on the last Relationship Description field in the Add pop-up page (CRSW2605). The Relationship Qualifier Attributes available for selection vary according to which Relationship Qualifier you selected in the previous field.

To use this page, it is expected that you will be an administrator who is authorised to set up reference data for Structures (CRSW2600).

For more information, see the Structures Overview Help page.
