Purpose

To display history details for a Student Unit Attempt Outcome

This form is used to display the history of changes applied to a student's Unit Aattempt Outcome Record.
Each new row in the Student Unit Attempt Outcome History table represents the complete set of data saved at the time (not just values that were changed).

The data displayed in this form may be affected by the following:

• ASSF5330 - Enter Marks and Grades
• ASSF53B0 - Amend Marks and Grades
• ASSJ5341 - Upload Student Unit Attempt Outcomes
• ASSJ5390 - Translate Student Unit Outcomes
• ASSJ53A0 - Finalise Student Unit Attempt Outcomes
• SCRBGRD - Maintain Rollbook Final Grade (Staff Connect application)

The Student Unit Attempt Outcome block contains:

• Person ID
• Sex
• Date Of Birth
• Course Version
• Unit Version
• Academic Period
• Teaching Period
• Outcome Date

The Student Unit Attempt Outcome History block contains:

• History Start Date
• Spread table

Rules/Notes:

Perform query to retrieve a known person.

Changes to the student's unit attempt records are displayed in reverse chronological order.

This form is entered in context for the student where the form has been previously accessed within the current session.
