ENRW6400 - Person Training Plan (Creation)

Overview

This page allows you to create a Training Plan with basic details for a person and gives you access to ENRW6500 where details can be specified and edited.

In the Select Training Plan Template, the context details for the person are displayed in the shaded panel at the top of the page and a list of Training Plan Templates are displayed below.

Select a Template and click Next to display the Training Plan Summary Overview page. This displays the context Person Details and details for the Template selected for the Training Plan on the previous screen and makes the Create or Create & Specify Details buttons (to ENRW6500) available.

Click on Close to return to the Person's Training Plans page (ENRW6450).

To Create a new Training Plan for a person

  1. When you have found/created the person, click on New and the New Training Plan page will open.
  2. See (ENRW6400).

To Edit a Training Plan for a person

  1. When you have found the Training Plan for the person, click on the link formed by the Training Title and the Training Plan page will open.
    See (ENRW6500).

Field Descriptions

The following table describes the fields for training plan templatesthat are available for selection when creating a Person Training Plan.

Field: Description:
Template Version

Unique name for this Institution-defined Training Plan Template Status.

TRNG_PLAN_TEMPLATE.TRNG_PLAN_TEMPLATE_CD + TRNG_PLAN_TEMPLATE.VERSION
Template Title

Title of the Trainining Plan Template

TRNG_PLAN_TEMPLATE.TITLE
Start Date

The System Training Plan status to which this local status is mapped. The system Training Plan Statuses available are PLANNED, ACTIVE and INACTIVE.

TRNG_PLAN_TEMPLATE. START_DT
End Date

Select this indicator if this is the system default Training Plan Template Status for the System Training Plan Status to which it is mapped. One and only one status can be the System Default value for each System Training Plan Status.

TRNG_PLAN_TEMPLATE. END_DT
Status

Select if this status is closed. Closed statuses cannot be assigned to Training Plan Templates and cannot be defined as the System Default value.
