Overview

This page may be accessed via the menu.
In this case, upon entry to the page a screen displays with two options:

When the list of Training Plans for a Person are displayed, the shaded panel at the top of the page displays the context Person's details. The list of training plans for this person is displayed below.

For more information, see the Working with Lists overview Help page.

Alternatively, the screen displaying the list of Training Plans for a Person may be accessed, in context, by clicking on the Training Plan button in ENRF3000, ADMF3240 or INQF1A00.

To Create a new Training Plan for a person

  1. When you have found/created the person, click on New and the New Training Plan page will open.
    See (ENRW6400).

To Edit a Training Plan Template for a person

  1. When you have foundthe Training Plan for the person, click on the link formed by the Training Title and the Training Plan page will open.
    See (ENRW6500).

Field Descriptions

The following table describes the fields displayed for each record in the list of training plans displayed for a person.

Field: Description:
Training Plan Title

Unique name for this Institution-defined Training Plan Template Status.

Course Attempt

Description of the Status.

TRNG_PLAN_TEMPLATE_STATUS.DESCRIPTION
Course Applied for / Pref No

The System Training Plan status to which this local status is mapped. The system Training Plan Statuses available are PLANNED, ACTIVE and INACTIVE.

TRNG_PLAN_TEMPLATE_STATUS.S_TRNG_PLAN_TEMPLATE_STATUS
Created On

Select this indicator if this is the system default Training Plan Template Status for the System Training Plan Status to which it is mapped. One and only one status can be the System Default value for each System Training Plan Status.

TRNG_PLAN_TEMPLATE_STATUS.SYSTEM_DEFAULT_IND
Start Date

Select if this status is closed. Closed statuses cannot be assigned to Training Plan Templates and cannot be defined as the System Default value.

TRNG_PLAN_TEMPLATE_STATUS.CLOSED_IND
End Date

Select if this status is closed. Closed statuses cannot be assigned to Training Plan Templates and cannot be defined as the System Default value.

TRNG_PLAN_TEMPLATE_STATUS.CLOSED_IND
Status

Select if this status is closed. Closed statuses cannot be assigned to Training Plan Templates and cannot be defined as the System Default value.
