Use this page to create Training Plan Templates which are used in the creation of Training Plans.
This page is accessed via CRSW5010.
On entry to CRSW5010 a list of existing training plans is displayed.
For more information, see the Working with Lists overview Help page.
Existing Training Plan Templates can be viewed and edited by clicking on the Template Code link.
Click on New to Create a new Training Plan Template and either create a basic Template or create the Template and specify details such as Units Groups, Approvers and Course Offering Options.
Closing a Template page returns to CRSW5010 with the Template saved.
Click Cancel to close a Template page and return to CRSW5010 without saving changes.
The following tables describe the fields which make up Training Plan Templates.

Unit Groups are named here and their composition is designated in the Units for Unit Group list below.

| Unit Group Code | The Name of this Unit Group. Click on this code to open the Unit Group pop up. |
| Title | The Title of the Unit Group. |
| Instructions | Instructions for this Unit Group. |
Units that make up the Unit Group selected above are defined here.
Click on Add to open the 'Search and Select Unit for Unit Group' pop up which is used to find the unit(s) to add to the Unit Group.
The Unit Code and Unit Version are concatenated in the list that is displayed here.

Approver Types for the Training Plan Template are listed here. Training Plan Approver Types are defined in CRSW1930.

These are sections of text which will included in the Training Plans created using this Template. Training Plan Text is defined in CRSW1950.

| Content | The text defined for this Training Plan text. |
These are the Course Offering Options that make up the Training Plan.
