Purpose

To list all contracts that do not have a Fee Category Calendar Instance Contract record that covers the contract End Date where the End Date falls within the current active Fee Period

Run Details

The report can be run in immediate or batch mode after running FINJ4410, Maintain Contract Fee Periods  job.

The Contracts Without Fee Category Calendar Instances block contains:

Parameters Tab

• Contract Start Date
• Contract End Date
• Fee Type
• Person ID

Report parameters allow for all values for all options to be selected (using the % option) , or for selection to be made for some or all of the following:

• The Contract Start Date
• The Contract End Date 
• A particular Fee Type
• A single student (the full Person ID number must be typed in)

Contracts without Fee Category Calendar Instances Report

This report lists all students with contracts that are not associated with a Fee Assessment Period that covers the contract End Date.

The report is sorted in ascending order on the Person ID, and presented in landscape mode.
