Output

Exception Report

The exception report produces a list of the records written to the System Error Log when STAJ0110 was run. There are two types of messages.

  • Error messages 'E' are produced when Callista is unable to determine data to be used in the government snapshot. This data must be 'fixed' in 'the database' and the enrolment and government snapshots rerun.
  • Warning messages 'W' are mainly produced where no information is found in 'the database' and the System is able to insert a suitable DEST value in the government snapshot to indicate this (e.g. insertion of '9' - no information, where no data is recorded for a field such as Home Location). It is recommended that, wherever possible, these records be 'fixed' in 'the database' by inserting at least the DEST default (e.g. 9 = unknown or no information) value.
