Use this form to manage the enrolment statistics snapshots produced by STAJ0100, by:
- displaying details of all currently saved enrolment statistics snapshots, including the date and time they were created.
- indicating which snapshots are to be saved and which are to be deleted by the Delete Enrolments Statistics Snapshots process (
STAJ0010). Note that all snapshots are created with their Delete indicator set. Deselect this indicator to stop a snapshot being deleted.
- permitting comments to be entered against individual snapshot records (logically only those with their Delete indicator deselected).

Notes/Rules:
- The parameters used when running the Create Enrolment Statistics Snapshot job (STAJ0100) (Academic Period, Collection Year) are automatically recorded in the comments field of the snapshot record, in this form.
