Use this form to manage the enrolment statistics snapshots produced by STAJ0100, by:
- displaying details of all currently saved enrolment statistics snapshots, including the date and time they were created.
- indicating which snapshots are to be saved and which are to be deleted by the Delete Enrolments Statistics Snapshots process (STAJ0010). Note that all snapshots are created with their Delete indicator set. Deselect this indicator to stop a snapshot being deleted.
- permitting comments to be entered against individual snapshot records (logically only those with their Delete indicator deselected).

Notes/Rules:
- The parameters used when running the Create Enrolment Statistics Snapshot job (STAJ0100) (Academic Period, Collection Year) are automatically recorded in the comments field of the snapshot record, in this form.
