Government Language Code

Explanation

This form is used to record and maintain the set of government language codes. Universities are required to report to government, for each student, the main non-English language spoken at the student's permanent home residence. The codes for reporting this data are specified in the DEST manual (element348). Where a set of institution defined language codes has been defined (ENRF0130), each must be mapped to a particular Government Language Code.
