This job is run:
This job is run to notify students that their enrolment has been discontinued through the non-payment of fees. Letters are only run for specified Discontinuation Reason Codes. Refer to the Job Control and Scheduling subsystem for details of scheduling and running online jobs. |
Job Parameters |
Most parameters for this job are used to refine the data set produced in the report. Select Discontinuation Reason codes for terminated student course attempts. Other discontinuation reasons are reported in the Course Discontinuation/Intermission Letters report ( ENRR08K0).Record the number of days included from the current day. For example: entering 7 includes all student course attempt records intermitted, discontinued or lapsed in the last week. Optionally create a letter for a specific person ID. This is mostly used where a student's course attempt status was updated manually. The Return Organisational Unit and Return Address provide information to the student on where they can seek further details. Note: the return address MUST be valid for the organisational unit. There are two text fields available:
Both of these are free text parameter fields that can be defined in the Maintain Job Text form ( JBSF4170).Several sort combinations are available in the Sort By parameter. Optionally register the letter as a correspondence item. |
