Maintain Student Unit Set Attempt Notes (ENRF3082)

Purpose

This form is used to create and maintain free-form notes associated with student unit set attempts.

Accessed From

Access directly from menus, or in context via the Notes navigation button in the Maintain Student Unit Set Attempt form, ENRF3252.

ENRF3252 is accessed from:

· the Student Course Attempt screen of the Record Enrolments form, ENRF3000, if unit sets are included in the allowable procedure steps for the enrolment category used in the session

· the Complete Student Course Attempt form PRGF4170 in the Progression subsystem.

Using the Form

If accessed directly from a menu, queries can be performed in the Student Unit Set Attempt block of this form.

Notes can be created, stored and retrieved in a variety of formats. The currently available formats are:

· Microsoft Word

· Microsoft Excel

· Text

· Other OLE (permitting virtually any other format)

Note:

• NCA notes are currently available in Text format only. Future Developments might enable the portablitiy of all other formats.

An enrolment note type must be specified for each note created.

Notes/Rules

Enrolment note types with a system-recognised value of ACAD-REC cannot be used in this form.
