Report(s)

Result Sheets

The report is presented in landscape mode.

The first page of each list contains common information about the results process, sourced from text parameters A and B. These parameters are typically used to provide instructions for completing and submitting sheets.

Each list contains brief information about existing special consideration applications, as an alert to the assessor. 'Y' is displayed in the Special Consideration Appl(ication) column for each existing assessment item application. If an outcome exists for an application, the outcome code is displayed in the Special Consideration Outcome column.
The label 'DUPLICATE' is displayed at the top of each page if a sheet has been previously generated for the nominated unit offering and the students appearing on each list are identical. The sheet number of a duplicate list is the same as the original sheet number.

Currently, each result sheet is for a specific unit location / mode. Future development of the report will allow sheets to be generated at other levels such as location / class, location only, or for an entire unit.
