Run Details |
This report is run in immediate mode only (as it creates a file on the client machine), when required by the institution's mark sheet handling processes. |
Job Parameters |
Parameters are used to limit the set of mark sheets reported. Of particular note is the Unit Code parameter which is generally not used to specify a single unit, but rather, by using wild cards, is used to specify groups of units. E.g. By specifying MM%, result sheets for all units with a code commencing 'MM' will be reported. The LOVs for organisational unit, location and attendance mode display only active items. If closed organisational units, locations or modes are required, they can be included by using the wildcard value ( % ) rather than specifying an item from the LOV. |

|
The report provides, in accordance with the defined parameters, a listing of all mark sheets produced. The listing makes provision to record against each mark sheet, dates associated with key activities in the mark sheet management process. This report also produces an output file (assr1130.txt) in the user's root directory C:\ . This file is pipe ( | ) delimited and is used for loading into a word processing, spreadsheet or database application, by opening the file from within the application. This process requires some specialised knowledge of the application. If this causes a problem within your application, the delimiter could be changed by opening the file in MS Word and doing a Find/Replace of the pipe symbol with your preferred delimiter. |
