Purpose
This form is used to record Electronic
Confirmation of Enrolment (E-COE) Number information for an overseas admission
applicant.
Accessed From
The Direct Admissions Course form
(ADMF3240), only when the E-COE button is enabled (refer ADMF2M30).
The Record Enrolments form - Student
Course Attempt screen, only when the E-COE button is enabled (refer ENRF0192).
Directly from menus (see
Notes/Rules below).
Using the Form
The form may be entered either in
the context of a particular admission application or, where course preferences
are recorded and the appropriate admission process step is enabled, in the
context of a particular admission course application. The block label indicates
the context. E-COE details will apply at one or other level depending on the
context.
Detail recorded in this form
includes:
· The start and end dates defining the effective period of the E-COE number.
· The E-COE number.
Notes/Rules
· When accessed directly from menus, new records cannot be added as it is impossible to determine the correct context. Existing records can be modified as their context has already been established.
