Use this form to record Tertiary Admissions Centre (TAC) Secondary School codes as listed in the relevant TAC manual/handbook.

These codes are recorded against admission applicants (in ADMF32C0, accessed via a navigation button in ADMF3000) to indicate the school at which their final year of secondary education occurred was undertaken.

Each code may optionally be mapped to a System defined school type.

• Once used in the System, Australian Secondary Education School codes should not be deleted. Select the Closed indicator to prevent further use.
• Once used in the System, only minor description modifications should be carried out.
