This form displays activities performed by applicants whilst using the Applicant Portal. These activities can be errors, warnings or information. It also provides an audit trail, allowing users to verify that a particular action was performed by an applicant at a particular point in time. A similar function currently exists for Student/Staff/Agent Connect (SSFF4000).

The information is retrieved from the S_ AP_SELF_SERVE_ACTIVITY_LOG. A record is inserted into this entity whenever an applicant performs an action within the Applicant Portal.

The Applicant block contains:

• Applicant ID
• Gender
• Date of Birth

Rules/Notes:

Message Number field. This number is the system number for the message in GENF0003.

Text Details field. Further details on the transaction are displayed here. This includes ERROR, WARNING or INFORMATION messages.

Key field. This provides information on what occurred. For example:

• ENROLMENT||7|S344|ENR-PER-2|

Shows that the enrolment process was being accessed by student ID 7 for course S344 in enrolment period 2.
