This job automatically updates the status of Precedents (PRDW0400) with a status mapped to a System Precedent Status of ACTIVE or REVIEW based on their Next Review Date and End Date values, as follows:
If the Precedent's status is subsequently manually changed from a status mapped to a System Precedent Status of REVIEW or CLOSED to a status mapped to a different System Precedent Status, then the AUTO_UPD_STATUS_IND in the PRECEDENT table is automatically updated to 'No' and the lamp is removed from the Precedent Status field in the Summary Overview Step in PRDW0400.
If the status is manually changed from a status mapped to a System Precedent Status of CLOSED to status mapped to a different System Precedent Status, then the Closed Date (in PRDW0400) is automatically deleted in addition to the lamp being removed.
Note: The Publish Precedent indicator (located in the Summary Overview Step in the Precedent (PRDW0400)) may be updated automatically based on the configuration contained in the Precedent Statuses (PRDW0020) page.
