This function enables the user to generate a hard-copy list of Graduands by Ceremony Round, Ceremony and then by Award Title. Run Details This job is run:
When run, the report includes Graduands who meet the following criteria:
It is recommended that this job be run in batch mode. However, it can be run in immediate mode, particularly where the report is run with parameters specifying a small data set, such as a specific Course Code. Refer to the Job Control and Scheduling Subsystem for details of scheduling and running reports. This Report is accessed from the main menu. |

Rules/Notes: A sequence of events, described in Understanding Graduations, lead to the production of accurate lists via this report. A Ceremony Number is a child record of Ceremony Round. |
The parameters in this job are used to refine the data set produced in the report. The Graduand Approval Status parameter allows the report to be run displaying:
The Signature block is a free text field that can be defined in the Maintain Job Text form (JBSF4170). The Print Signature Block At parameter allows for the signature block to be shown after each Organisational Unit. If Report Level is selected, the signature block is displayed only at the end of the report. |
Rules/Notes: Graduands are grouped by Award within the associated Organisational Unit. |
The More Tab Graduand Type, Graduand Approval Status and Graduand Status consist of three LOVs each to allow for multiple restrictions. If 'Include Primary Unit Sets' is checked, students with completed unit sets will have their unit sets displayed beside their name. If a student has more than one unit set, it will be displayed in a new line, but the name will not be repeated. |
Rules/Notes: On the report, the Honours Level and Unit Set information is displayed to the right of the Person Name. When a student is found to be encumbered, a capital 'E' in brackets appears to the right of the Person Name, Unit Set and Honours Level information. |
