GRDJ3150 updates Graduand records with a Graduand Type of UNKNOWN to one of the following types:
This job runs independently, but accesses Graduand records created by GRDJ3100. All updates are recorded in Graduand History and can be viewed via AUDF3161. Run Details GRDJ3150 can only run in batch mode, through the Job Control & Scheduling Subsystem. Timing This job should be run nightly. Checking on the Job Run Always check the run log in form JBSF5301 to see that the job ran successfully. Custom built messages in the log indicate the outcomes for each component of the job. |

Set Students to Graduate In Absentia Process This job updates those Graduand records which fall within the parameters set by the user and have a Graduand Type of UNKNOWN.

Rules/Notes: Selecting a Ceremony Round parameter is mandatory for this job. The default Graduand Type that the Graduand records are updated to is INABSENTIA. If Graduand records with the Graduand Status of GRADUATED are included in the update of Graduand Type, then a warning: ‘Graduand Type was changed for a GRADUATED student’ is displayed in the job run log. The Find Course button navigates to ADMF1220. |
