Graduand Statuses indicate the current 'state' of a Graduand Record. They are central in determining whether Graduands can graduate in a ceremony in a particular ceremony round. Graduand Statuses can be seen in GRDF4210 and GRDF3200, and changed in GRDF4200. In many circumstances, the status values are set by the job to identify and create Graduands (GRDJ3100) and by GRDJ3140 (Assign Graduand Status). |

Use this form to create status names chosen by the institution and assign them to System Graduand Statuses. One or more institution defined statuses can be assigned to each System Status. Statuses no longer required can be closed. Once assigned to a Graduand Record, a particular Status cannot be deleted. |
Rules/Notes: The System Graduand Statuses are POTENTIAL, ELIGIBLE, GRADUATED, SURRENDER. |
