CRSW2630 - Unit Details

The unit version number and title of the context unit.

UNIT_VERSION.TITLE

The institution-defined status of the context unit.

Table value:
UNIT_VERSION/UNIT_STATUS

The sector in which the unit version is offered.

This value will be HE or VET.

Table value:
UNIT_VERSION_SECTOR.S_SECTOR_CD

The Person ID number of the unit coordinator.

Table value:
UNIT_VERSION/COORD_PERSON_ID

The number of credit points in which a student is considered to be enrolled for this unit.

This value is sourced from the Enrolled Credit Points field in the Maintain Basic Unit Details form (CRSF2210).

Note: In Timelines (CRSW2650), if Achievable credit points is specified in the CRSF2210 form for the unit (as well as, or instead of, Enrolled credit points), then Achievable credit points is used for the value of the Unit in the Timeline grid, not Enrolled credit points. (Therefore, the enrolled credit points value displayed on the View Unit Details pop-up page for the unit may differ to to the value assigned to the unit in the Timeline grid.)

Table value:
UNIT_VERSION.ENROLLED_CREDIT_POINTS

The total number of contact hours for the unit version (that is, supervised hours + unsupervised hours).

Note: For Timelines (CRSW2650), if both contact hours and credit points are specified for a unit in the CRSF2210 form, then the Unit will take on the 'value type' of its associated course, for example, if the course is in credit points, then the credit points specified for the unit in CRSF2210 will apply.

UNIT_VERSION/TOTAL_CONTACT_HOURS

The date on which the unit became active.

Table value:
UNIT_VERSION.START_DT

The date on which the unit version expires.

Table value:
UNIT_VERSION.EXPIRY_DT

The date on which the unit version is due for review.

UNIT_VERSION.REVIEW_DT

The date on which the unit version ends and it is no longer available.

Notes recorded for the unit version, in the Maintain Unit Version Notes (CRSF2280) form.

Each Note Includes the Note, Note Type, Description and Format.

The Unit Offerings for the unit, as recorded in the Maintain Unit Offerings (CRSF2310) form.

Each Unit Offering includes the Calendar Type, Description and Notes.

The Notes link accesses the Notes pop-up page for a selected Unit Offering. It displays all notes recorded for the unit version in the Maintain Unit Offering Notes (CRSF2330) form.

Select a Unit Offering to view its Unit Offering Patterns (see next section, below).

The Unit Offering Patterns for a selected Unit Offering listed in the previous section (see above), as recorded in the Maintain Unit Offerings (CRSF2310) form.

The Notes link accesses the Notes pop-up page for a selected Unit Offering. It displays all notes recorded for the unit version in the Maintain Unit Offering Pattern Notes (CRSF2410) form.

Select a Unit Offering Pattern to view its Unit Offering Options (see next section, below).

The Unit Offering Options for a selected Unit Offering Pattern (see previous section, above), as defined in the Maintain Unit Offering Options (CRSF2500) form.

Each Unit Offering Option includes the Location, Class and Notes.

The Notes link accesses the Notes pop-up page for a selected Unit Offering Option and lists all notes recorded in the Maintain Unit Offering Option Notes (CRSF2530) form.

Select a Unit Offering Pattern from the previous section (see above) to view its Unit Offering Options.
