This form is accessed through (ADMF3000, via the Sec Ed-Aust button (middle block). Record details of an applicant's prior secondary education. Recording of data in most fields is optional, however when certain fields contain data, some other fields become Mandatory. System messages advise where this is the case. |

Rules/Notes: The Subject Start Date is the date from which the subject was first offered by the Australian Secondary School. The Raw Score is the numerical mark that the student achieved for the examination component of the subject. The free text description of Secondary School name can be used when the relevant Secondary School Code does not exist in the available list of values. A free text description of Assessment Type allows Assessment Types that do not exist in the Assessment Type List of values to be recorded. The Completion check box indicates whether the Applicant has completed Australian Secondary Education or not. Assessment Comments allows for additional Assessment specific information about an applicant's Australian Secondary Education Qualification. Rank fields give the user the ability to rank the Australian Secondary Education Qualification. The following Validations are:

The Assessment Type and School LOVs display values applicable for the 'state' recorded in this form only. Assessment Types are maintained using ADMF02W0. Schools are maintained in ADMF02J0. The Australian Secondary Education Subject block is used to record the subjects that were attempted in the applicant's final year of Secondary Education. Subject weighting enables institutions to record a weighting against each recorded subject. There is no System functionality associated with this. The More T-list enables institutions to record the Start Date and Raw Score for an Australian Secondary School Subject. The Other Scores Tab permits recording of other scores arising from the applicant's Secondary Education. |
Rules/Notes: Admission applicant records cannot be queried in this form. It is necessary to return to ADMF3000 to select a different Admission Applicant Record. The 'Year Obtained' cannot be modified. It is necessary to delete the record and create a new record with the correct 'Year Obtained'. The subject 'Code' (In the Secondary Subjects Tab) cannot be modified. It is necessary to delete the subject record and create a new record with the correct subject 'Code'. 'Other Scores' details cannot be modified. It is necessary to delete the 'Other Scores' record and create a new record with the correct details. A Raw Score cannot have a value less than zero. |
