Student Unit Set Attempt Current Enrolment Enquiry
The function Student Unit Set Attempt Current Enrolment Enquiry (SUSA-CENR) currently displays all the unit set attempts related to a specific student’s course attempt. The student can view details of each enrolled (including unconfirmed) and Completed Unit Set Attempt. A student will navigate to Student Unit Set Attempt Current Enrolment (SUSA-CENR) from Student Course Attempt Current Enrolment Enquiry (SCA-CENR).
The existing link to CMPREQ-CUS (Course Unit Sets Completion Requirements Inquiry) in SUSA-CENR initiates completion rules checking for all Enrolled Unit Sets. The completion checking is limited to the Unit Sets that have the ‘display on official notification’ check box selected for the Course Offering Unit Set record.
Institutions that wish to restrict the Unit Sets displayed in SUSA-CENR may use conditional logic in the Connect application template to suppress the Unit Set Attempts that they do not wish displayed, such as those that have been ended.
Given the large amount of data that could be displayed for a Unit Set, institutions may use existing Connect functionality to limit the number of Unit Set Attempts displayed per page.
The SUSA-CENR application is invoked from 'Your Course Details' page in context of the Student Course via Unit Sets for Course link.
For more information, see Student Connect.
