The Person Inquiry Application

The Person Inquiry Application (PERSON-INQ) is optionally used to create the DECLARE and DISCLAIMER Self Serve Applications for use in self enrolment. The application is used to provide information to the user in context. For example: addressing the user by name.

The use of the DECLARE and DISCLAIMER Self Serve Applications is determined by the enrolment steps included in the enrolment method type WEB in ENRF0192. If the DECLARE or DISCLAIMER steps are not used in the enrolment method type, the need for DECLARE or DISCLAIMER self serve applications is not necessary.

To use the DECLARE and DISCLAIMER Self Serve Applications:

The DECLARE and DISCLAIMER steps must be included in the Enrolment Category Procedure Step block under Step Type. For further details see method type WEB in ENRF0192.
DECLARE and DISCLAIMER self serve applications must be created in SSFF1100 and mapped to the system self serve application PERSON-INQ.
Application web elements named DECLARE and DISCLAIMER must be created in the Maintain Applications form of the Web Administrator. Edit the web element property blocks, recording the message to be displayed to user's when the applications are displayed.
Insert the DECLARE and DISCLAIMER web elements into web pages in Connect Builder.

The PERSON-INQ application can be used to create other web pages displayed in context for the user.
