This form displays all eligibility criteria that the context applicant has provided responses for and also the scholarship applications that the applicant has applied for.

Different scholarships can be defined with identical eligibility criteria. When an applicant applies for more than one scholarship through Applicant Portal they are asked each question only once, and their responses are applied to all scholarships as required.

This form enables administrators to apply the same response to the same criteria across multiple scholarships for which the applicant has applied, or to provide individual responses to each scholarship.

This form displays the eligibility criteria, the SUBMITTED scholarships the applicant has applied for that use the selected criterion and the applicant’s response to the criteria for that scholarship. A lamp saying ‘Response Exists’ appears beside each scholarship that has a response entered for the selected eligibility criterion.

The ‘Apply to All’ button is available where a response exists for an eligibility criterion. When a user enters and saves a response to an eligibility criterion and then selects the ‘Apply to All’ button, that response will be recorded across all scholarship applications for that applicant, where the system Scholarship Status is SUBMITTED and where that criterion is used.

This form may be accessed from the Callista Menu.

The user can select a criterion and record a different response for each scholarship application if this is appropriate, overwriting an existing response if required.

Click on the Apply All button to apply the currently displayed response wherever this Eligibility Criterion occurs in other scholarship applications for this student. This button is only available where there a response recorded and where at least one other scholarship application exists for this applicant.

When the user clicks on the Apply to All button, they have the option to apply the response to only the scholarships that have no previous response (Apply), or to apply the response to all the scholarships and overwrite any previous responses (Apply and Overwrite).

The same validations apply to the recording of responses in this form as apply in SCHF1030 where responses may be recorded for all Eligibility Criteria for a context scholarship application.
